Delhi air severely toxic; trucks banned

As the capital's air turned severely toxic on Thursday - with the 24-hour AQI touching 450 for the first time since December 26 last year - the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) rolled out "severe-plus" measures under stage IV of the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) in Delhi-NCR with immediate effect.
