Jain's masseur is Tihar inmate accused of rape

The Tihar administration, in the course of an inquiry, has identified the person who provided a massage to AAP minister Satyendra Jain in his cell in jail. He is not a physiotherapist but an inmate lodged in jail in a Pocso (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act) case.
