Ink thrown on Maha minister over remarks

Three men were arrested on Saturday after one of them threw ink on the face of state higher and technical education minister Chandrakant Patil around 5.30pm in Chinchwad, a day after he said "great men like Karmveer Bhaurao Patil, Jyotiba Phule and Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar begged" (sought donations) to start schools.
