CBI plans to move SC against Kochhars’ release

The CBI is planning to approach the Supreme Court to appeal against the Bombay high court's order terming the arrests of former ICICI bank CEO Chanda Kochhar and her husband Deepak "illegal" and their subsequent release in a loan fraud case, sources privy to the developments said.
