Curbs on pvt construction lifted in Delhi-NCR

The Centre’s Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) has revoked the stage 3 restrictions under Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) as the air quality improved on Sunday due to strong northwesterly winds. This allows the resumption of private construction in Delhi-NCR.
