Cyber offences in Mumbai surge in 2022

Registration of cyber offences in 2022 rose 63.6% to 4,718 from 2,883 in 2021, according to the Mumbai Crime Report released on Tuesday. Compared to the pre-Covid period of 2019 when 2,225 cases were filed, the rise is 112%.
