Delhi Jal Board to apply to sell bottled water

Delhi Jal Board plans to brand its water bottles as mineral-rich Ganga water. According to officials of the water utility, DJB has a high-tech water bottling unit at Sadiq Nagar in south Delhi and an application will be sent to the Bureau of Indian Standards to obtain a certification of its bottled water as mineral-rich Ganga water, which the officials hope will boost the interest of the public in the board's product.
