HC lists norms for early MTP for rape survivors

Passing guidelines for investigating officers dealing with sexual assault cases, the Delhi high court said a "urine pregnancy test" was mandatory during medical examination of the survivor and if she was found to be pregnant and desired to terminate it, the victim was to be produced before a medical board the same day.
