Instagram friend held for harassing minor girl

A 17-year-old undergraduate student was apprehended for allegedly befriending a minor girl on Instagram and threatening to circulate her private pictures on social media if she didn’t send him her unclothed pictures. The boy was also threatening other girls for sexual favours, senior police officers said.
