On Delhi roads, safety takes backseat

Out of the lakhs of vehicles monitored by Central Road Research Institute (CRRI) during a recent study to monitor road safety risks, all commercial vehicles were found to be moving above speed limits, with the highest violations by minivans, followed by light trucks and buses. Two other issues were use of helmets and seatbelts.
