Uddhav, Ambedkar seal alliance before BMC polls

An alliance between Uddhav Thackeray's Shiv Sena (UBT) and the Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi (VBA) led by Prakash Ambedkar was formally announced on Monday. The Shiv shakti-Bhim shakti alliance, on the cards for months, will help the saffron party consolidate Dalit votes ahead of the BMC polls.
