2 held in Delhi ragpicker’s killing, one on the run

Two people were on Wednesday arrested in connection with the killing of a ragpicker during a snatching bid in southeast Delhi’s Pul Prahladpur two days ago. The third suspect who allegedly shot the victim is absconding.
