SC to hear AAP plea on mayoral polls on Feb 13

The Supreme Court on Wednesday sought responses from the offices of the lieutenant governor and the pro tem presiding officer of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi on a petition by AAP and its mayoral candidate Shelly Oberoi seeking time-bound completion of mayoral elections without permitting the 10 nominated members to vote in it.
