Body parts, including skull, found in southeast Delhi

Police have found dismembered parts of a human body, including the skull, near a Regional Rapid Transit System construction site in southeast Delhi's Sarai Kale Khan. A bunch of hair at the site seems to indicate the remains are of a woman.
