Ajit Pawar demands judicial probe into Kharghar heatstroke deaths; toll now 14

Leader of opposition Ajit Pawar on Tuesday demanded a judicial probe into the Kharghar tragedy in which the death toll due to heatstroke has risen to 14. He also sought higher compensation for the victims. Interestingly, Pawar's demands came on a day when speculation was rife that he was considering joining the BJP.
