Bombay high court asks Mhada why it is 'powerless' to remove encroachments

The Bombay High Court has raised questions about why Mhada is "powerless" to remove illegal encroachments and structures during a hearing of a petition by residents of a dilapidated cessed building in Kannamwar Nagar, Vikhroli (East).
