Contractors’ payment for big projects to be linked with e-monitoring app in Delhi

Delhi government has made it mandatory for its agencies to oversee the progress of all capital projects worth more than Rs 10 crore through the e-monitoring app and release payment to the contractors as per the work updated on the software.
