Delhi HC refuses to grant bail to 'influential' Satyendar Jain

Delhi High Court on Thursday rejected the bail plea of former AAP minister Satyendar Jain in a money laundering case of 2017, noting that he is an influential person who is the "conceptualiser, visualiser and executor" of the alleged operation if witness claims are to be believed.
