Farmers kept out at borders, traffic crawls in Delhi

Large deployments of police and the Rapid Action Force near the Uttar Pradesh and Haryana borders blocked out protesters who wanted to join the women wrestlers' mahapanchayat on Sunday that was planned at the site of the new Parliament to coincide with its opening.
