Forged court document presented, Bombay HC directs criminal action against 3

Shocked that a document was produced in the small causes court and fraudulently represented as being a high court order, to gain an edge in a battle a Bandra (east) property, Justice Madhav Jamdar of Bombay high court directed criminal action for offence of forgery against three litigants and unknown others.
