Maternal uncle, not paternal granny, is guardian of boy who saw dad kill mom, says Bombay HC

The Bombay high court has appointed the maternal uncle of a boy who witnessed his father killing his mother when he was 3.5 years old, as his guardian and quashed and set aside the city civil court's order that had appointed his paternal grandmother as his guardian.
