Sharad Pawar says can't disrespect sentiments but clear about having 'succession plan'

Sharad Pawar on Friday declared he was withdrawing his resignation in view of appeals made by colleagues and to honour the decision of the committee set up by him for election of the new NCP president. In a one-page statement, Pawar stressed the need for a succession plan for any post in the organization. He also gave clear indications that he will revamp the party organization at all levels.
