Bombay HC warns state officials of contempt if affidavit doesn't answer its query on Disabilities Act

Observing that it was a "most shameful state of affairs," the Bombay High Court bench of Justices Gautam Patel and Neela Gokhale lamented the "failure of the (State) government to furnish a meaningful response" to its query over steps taken for five percent land allotment reservation to persons with disabilities.
