Get nods for cloud seeding: Delhi minister Gopal Rai to CS

The environment minister of Delhi has directed the chief secretary to coordinate with the Indian Institute of Technology-Kanpur to develop a proposal for artificial rain in the city. The proposal will include financial implications and other details for implementing the plan in two phases. The minister also expressed dissatisfaction with the support from Delhi government officials in implementing measures to combat air pollution and stated that he and his colleagues would personally ensure the proper implementation of these measures.
