'IPS' man fakes Union min's sign, cons job seeker of Rs 30L

Two men, Ganesh Chavan and Manoj Pawar, were arrested for impersonating an IPS officer and cheating a bank job aspirant. They claimed to have connections with top bureaucrats, including an IPS officer, and demanded Rs 90 lakh for a senior post in a nationalized bank. They used fake documents with forged signatures of Nirmala Sitharaman. Vinay Jadhav filed a complaint against them. During the investigation, it was revealed that they took the job seeker's friend in a white car with an 'IAS officer' placard.
