Mumbai court informed about accused Divya Pahuja’s death

During the trial in an alleged fake encounter of gangster Sandeep Gadoli, the sessions court was informed about the recent death of 27-year-old former model, Divya Pahuja. Pahuja who had been on bail was allegedly murdered in Gurgaon earlier this week. The court directed the prosecution to submit Pahuja’s death certificate. When an accused dies pending trial, the case against them is abated. ​​Gadoli was allegedly shot dead inside an Andheri hotel room in February 2016 year by Gurgaon cops.
