Budget stalled for no reason, table it: LG to CM

Lieutenant governor VK Saxena urges chief minister Arvind Kejriwal to expedite the presentation of the annual budget before the Assembly. Delhi BJP functionaries accuse Kejriwal of deliberately delaying the budget due to an ongoing investigation by the Enforcement Directorate into the liquor 'scam'.
