Builder who 'duped' flat purchasers moves HC to quash FIRs

A builder has approached the Bombay high court seeking clubbing and quashing FIRs against him for allegedly duping flat purchasers in a housing project in Taloja, Navi Mumbai. The project was undertaken by Supreme Constructions and Developers Pvt Ltd in Rohinjan village.
