21-year-old held for sexual harassment in Mum

Oshiwara police on Sunday arrested a 21-year-old man for allegedly stalking a make-up artist and sending her offensive messages. The accused, Raphik Khiojariya, a Jogeshwari (west) resident, was tracked five months after he committed the offence.
