Mumbai's 2nd highest Dec min temp in decade

The city woke up to a warm morning on Thursday as India Meteorological Department’s Santacruz observatory recorded a night temperature of 24 degrees Celsius, the second highest December minimum temperature in more than a decade. Colaba’s minimum of 25 degrees Celsius too was higher than normal by 3.7 degrees.
