Delhi: In a decade, wetland area increased by 9.3%

he National Wetland Decadal Change Atlas, prepared by Space Applications Centre and released earlier this month, has stated that the total wetland area in Delhi increased by 9.3% in the decade following 2006, mainly on account of transformation of the category and rejuvenation or developmental activities.
