Gurugram cops slap stringent charge on Chintels MD

Police on Tuesday invoked a more stringent section of the IPC in the FIR filed last week against Chintels MD Ashok Solomon and others for the February 10 cave-in at Paradiso that left two residents of the condominium dead.
