Delhi unlocks next week, school offline from April

With a sharp fall in daily Covid-19 cases and test positivity rate, Delhi on Friday decided to lift all restrictions from February 28, with a rider that a spike in infections leading to the positivity rate rising above 1% will bring back a number of curbs.
