Delhi: Property rules eased in illegal colonies

The Centre on Tuesday announced a slew amendments to relax the norms for property owners in unauthorised colonies to be eligible to get ownership rights. As per proposed changes in regulations, a ‘will’ won’t be mandatory for applicants and ownership right would also be granted on full plot area in case of private land.
