Snatching: Woman falls off e-rickshaw in Delhi, hurt

A 23-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly snatching a woman’s phone in outer Delhi’s Paschim Vihar. The woman, who tried to resist the crime, fell off a moving e-rickshaw and was dragged for a short distance, which caused her severe injuries. The accused was found involved in at least five criminal cases.
