A 1st: Mumbai BJP to host ‘Marathi dandiya’

In a bid to take on the Shiv Sena ahead of the BMC polls, the Mumbai BJP will for the first time organise a Marathi dandiya festival in Central Mumbai's Lalbaug-Parel area. This is the first time that the BJP is organising a Navratri festival in the Shiv Sena dominated central Mumbai area where the local MLAs, MP and almost all BMC Corporators are from the Sena.
