Mum man loses Rs 39L in online insurance fraud

resident of Saki Naka lost Rs39 lakh in an online insurance fraud recently. The cyber police station at the Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) which registered a case on September 21 said the 32-year-old complainant was promised Rs1.58 crore if he invested Rs39 lakh more in his insurance policy. Fraudsters lured him with promises of huge returns in a short time after investing the money in the share market.
