Bombay HC appoints sister as guardian of brother in elderly mom's place

Justice Riyaz Chagla on October 19 discharged the mother (87) as guardian of her son (69) and appointed and declared the sister as his guardian in respect of his person and his properties and to take all decisions necessary and incidental for his welfare, benefit and upkeep.
