Mumbai school faces Rs 87.3 lakh scam through man-in-the-middle attack

An international school in Tardeo, Mumbai fell victim to an Rs 87.3 lakh scam orchestrated through a man-in-the-middle (MITM) attack. The fraudster posed as a contractor and deceived the school through email, diverting funds meant for a cafeteria project to a fake US account instead of the genuine UAE account provided by the actual contractor.
